It can be used to print on phone cases, acrylic, wood, metal cases, glass, ceramic, plastic, bottles, leather, PVC, aluminum, stone, and more. The key requirement is that the surface must be flat enough for the print head to maintain consistent distance. Objects up to 14cm thick can be printed.
Yes. The rotary device only works for straight-sided round bottles. Without it, you can't print directly. Instead, you can use the 6090 printer, print on UV DTF film transfers (UV DTF film sheet print or with our UV DTF attachment). This method is actually more efficient and supports various bottle shapes, including tumblers, mugs...
Most materials print well without any coating. However, some materials (smooth glass, certain plastics, metal) benefit from a primer or adhesion promoter for best durability. We have different coating for metal, glass, PP, acrylic, ceramic, melamine etc. We suggest when you print a new material , test without primer first, if the ink is not strong enough on the material, then we can use a suitable primer for it.
Very durable. UV-cured ink is scratch-resistant, waterproof, and UV-fade resistant. Over 5 years indoor durability without lamination. For extreme outdoor exposure (direct sun, rain), we recommend adding the varnish layer for extra protection.
The best choice highly depends on your daily production volume, required printing speed, and budget. While all three models deliver similar image resolution, they differ significantly in speed and price. The XP600 prints at about 2-4 sqm/h, the I1600 at 4-8 sqm/h, and the I3200 at 8-12 sqm/h. Naturally, the pricing reflects this: the I3200 is the most expensive, followed by the I1600, with the XP600 being the most cost-effective. If you are just starting out, the XP600 is an excellent entry-level choice. However, if you plan to expand your business, the I1600 or I3200 would be better long-term investments.
The CCD version is most useful when customers frequently print multiple small objects without fixed jigs, such as phone cases, promotional products and irregularly positioned blanks. When you print big products , like on the whole 60x90cm board, or A3 size board. this will be no need to use CCD.
CCD system is optional choice. Since this system is suggested for many small items printing same time. Same in the printing process, we can choose to ON and OFF the CCD camera scan function in our software too.
On the machine have CCD camera, after we layout the items ,then click start to scan, the printer will auto scan the materials on the printing table. (Require our special software) Then we layout the design on items. Hit print, the printer will print exactly where we set them.
RIIN or Maintop RIP soft is included with printer. Also can choose to work with Flexi Photoprint, Cadlink etc.
